Planetary gearbox
PRODUCT INFO
Optimally matched components of the entire drive chain guarantee perfect function with maximum operational reliability.
ATP drive solutions with planetary gearboxes for mechanical and plant engineering are characterized by a well-thought-out design and solid construction with sufficient power reserves.
For use in stationary and mobile industrial applications, the PG series in coaxial design or the PGA series are available as angular gearboxes. The product range is extended by the wheel hub gearboxes for traction drives and the slide-in gearboxes for winch drives. The swivel gearboxes of the PG-PR series complete the product range.
The planetary gearboxes of the PG and PGA series are also available in explosion-proof design (ATEX) for category II 2 GD c k T4.
Due to the modular design of the planetary gearboxes, numerous combination possibilities with bevel gears, worm gears, hydraulic brakes, different designs of drive shafts and mounting flanges for hydraulic, electric and pneumatic motors are available.
- Torque range 500 – 858,100 Nm
- High reductions with compact dimensions
- The functional principle of the planetary gears with optimum force distribution results in smaller dimensions and lower weight compared to spur gears.
Comer planetary gearboxes of the PG series are characterized by a coaxial design. The torque range ranges from 1,000 Nm to 858,100 Nm. Due to the modular design of this type of transmission, a reduction of 3.55 to 30,000:1 can be realized.
Output versions:
- Cylindrical or toothed solid shaft
- Toothed hollow shaft
- Cylindrical hollow shaft for shrink disc connection
- Flange or foot design
- Reinforced output bearing
Drive-in versions:
- Adapter for hydraulic, electric and pneumatic motors
- Hydraulically actuated spring-loaded multi-disc brake
- Free drive shaft
